Getting there and the terminal
TP Line sails daily with the HSC Kalelarga from Zadar to the three northern islands of the Zadar archipelago: Silba, Olib and Premuda. The boat doesn't just link each island with Zadar; on the same loop it also calls at the islands in turn, so you can switch from Silba to Olib or Premuda without a detour via Zadar. On the route to Silba a second operator joins in, Krilo Kapetan Luka, whose long catamaran line from Pula to Zadar stops there twice a week.
Check-in
At the quay in Zadar and on Silba, be there 30 minutes before departure; on Olib and Premuda 15 minutes is enough. If you are buying your ticket on the spot, you will find the TP Line ticket office in Zadar on Poljana Pape Aleksandra III.
On board
TP Line allows 20 kilograms of luggage per passenger, and more if there is space on board. Small pets travel in a closed carrier; larger ones only in a suitable deck cage.
Vehicles and bikes
Neither TP Line nor Krilo Kapetan Luka carries cars on this route, as both run passenger-only boats. Bicycles are not allowed on TP Line at all; with Krilo Kapetan Luka you can bring them in limited numbers and at your own risk.
Arrival and onward travel
Silba is car-free: apart from the postman's scooter and handcarts for moving goods, there are no motor vehicles. You get around on foot or by bike, and you carry your luggage to your accommodation yourself or have it brought by handcart. Olib and Premuda are smaller than Silba.
