Getting there and the terminal
All five lines to Brač leave from Split city port, on the eastern waterfront in the centre. Every line from Split is listed on Ferries from Split.
Check-in
With Krilo Shipping Company, which also serves the lines to Bol, Milna, Sutivan and Bol - Jelsa, 15 to 20 minutes before departure is advisable, or 30 minutes in peak season. With TP Line, 15 minutes is enough. Krilo Kapetan Luka recommends at least 15 minutes.
On board
The catamarans have seating only and no cabins. On the short routes to Supetar, Milna and Sutivan you are usually on board for less than half an hour, and on the direct island link Bol - Jelsa you travel either in the saloon or on the open deck.
Vehicles and bikes
All five lines on this page use passenger-only catamarans that do not carry vehicles. With your car, take the Jadrolinija car ferry from Split to Supetar; the crossing takes around 50 minutes. You do not need a reservation: your ticket is valid for any departure on the date printed on it, and cars board in order of arrival. Arrival and onward travel
Supetar is the island's main ferry port, with bus connections across Brač. Bol docks close to the village centre, from where a coastal path leads to the famous Zlatni Rat beach. Milna is a quiet marina village on the western tip, and Sutivan a small harbour village in the north. The direct island link Bol - Jelsa skips Split entirely and takes you straight from Brač to Hvar.

Split is linked to the island of Brač by five catamaran lines: to Supetar (up to 7 times a day, 20 minutes), to Bol (until the end of September), to Milna (all year) and to Sutivan (until the end of September). In addition, a direct island link continues from Bol to Jelsa on Hvar without going via Split. Krilo Kapetan Luka, Krilo Shipping Company and TP Line share the routes.
